Refund Policy


Terms Acceptance

By using this website or making a purchase from Bright Eyes Solutions, you agree to the terms presented here.

Shipping

1) We use reputable carriers such as Yunda Express, Posstore, J&T, or DHL for shipping.

2) Orders placed before 12 AM (midnight) will ship the following day, except for orders on Friday, Saturday, or public holidays.

3) Orders placed Sunday through Thursday will ship the next day, while Friday and Saturday orders will ship on Monday.

4) The only exception is if our system flags the address as invalid. In such cases, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the shipping address.

5) Delivery is available throughout Malaysia and Singapore.

6) Standard Shipping times are 2-3 business days for West Malaysia and 7-10 business days for East Malaysia and Singapore.

7) During holidays, Standard Shipping times may be extended.

Cancelling Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. For returns, please refer to the "Returns" policy.

Lost/Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or damaged during shipment, contact customer service at remylaurey@gmail.com. We will send a replacement order as long as you notify us of the issue within 30 days.

Returns

If your product is defective, contact our staff, and we'll send you a replacement. We do not accept returns for non-damaged or incorrectly purchased items.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
