Cancelling Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. For returns, please refer to the "Returns" policy.
Lost/Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged during shipment, contact customer service at remylaurey@gmail.com. We will send a replacement order as long as you notify us of the issue within 30 days.
Returns
If your product is defective, contact our staff, and we'll send you a replacement. We do not accept returns for non-damaged or incorrectly purchased items.
